1. INTRODUÇÃO

Olá,

Este blog surgiu quando decidi partilhar as minhas aventuras de viagens e ajudar-te a definir a tua viagem de sonho. Nesta plataforma posso manter contacto com família e amigos, além de interagir com outros viajantes e interessados nas minhas aventuras.

Nessa página encontras informações importantes sobre o blog, a fonte e precisão de nossas informações, a política de monetização e comentários, além dos direitos autorais de nossos textos e fotos, protegidos pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 63/85

1) Fonte e precisão de nossas informações

Apesar de ser tratado profissionalmente, nunca deixaremos de ser um blog pessoal, o principal é contato direto com o leitor, que procura informações confiáveis e precisas, compartilhadas por mim que já visitei determinado destino ou partilhar informações sobre um destino que esteja nos meus planos futuros e para o qual já esteja preparada.

Mesmo que os textos sejam 100% autorais (excluindo autores convidados) alguns dados informativos presentes nas publicações, tais como datas, preços, fatos históricos e diversos outros dados, são publicados de boa-fé e com o intuito de enriquecer as tuas experiências. Essas informações poderão ser encontradas na internet, em sites oficiais que promovem o turismo e sites como o Wikipedia, em guias impressos, jornais, revistas e comunicados à imprensa. Embora o esforço seja grande para exibir informações corretas e relevantes, erros podem acontecer, e recomendamos que sempre verifique os dados em mais de uma fonte.

2) Comentários

Os comentários são a principal ferramenta de interacção entre nós, sendo o feedback sempre bem vindos. Porém, devem respeitar as regras de boa educação, a moral, a ética, a legislação, os autores e outros leitores do blog. Absolutamente todos os comentários são moderados e serão respondidos caso tenham relevância com o artigo.

Comentários contendo qualquer tipo de ofensa, palavras de baixo calão ou português ininteligível serão ignorados e excluídos. Já tentativas de auto-promoção, anúncios, propagandas e links que não sejam relevantes ao conteúdo do artigo, serão marcados como SPAM.

Importante: todas as opiniões manifestadas nos comentários são de inteira responsabilidade de seus próprios autores, não expressando o julgamento pessoal do proprietário do blog.

3) Direitos autorais

100% dos textos publicados no Arrelia Travel são de minha autoria e 95% das fotos ou vídeos também foram tirados por mim, no entanto, ocasionalmente é possível a utilização de material gráfico ilustrar os posts. Nesse caso, serão utilizadas imagens com licença liberada “creative commons” ou com os devidos créditos para o autor. Caso haja alguma fotografia esteja sem crédito, com crédito incorreto ou caso sejas o autor da imagem e quer que a mesma seja retirada do site, favor entrar em contato.

É PROIBIDA a reprodução total ou parcial de nossos textos sem prévia autorização do autor, seja em outros sites, blogs e veículos impressos de comunicação. É PERMITIDA a utilização de pequenos trechos de posts, apenas como forma de ilustrar o trabalho de terceiros, desde que seja atribuída a autoria e que haja um link para o artigo original.

Todo esse cuidado é tomado para evitar duplicidade de conteúdo e uma consequente penalização do site, uma vez que as diretrizes do Google são seguidas à risca. Dito isso, também não é autorizado a inclusão do Arrelia Travel em sites agregadores de conteúdo, o que não convém ao autor.

4) Privacidade

Não utilizarei de forma fraudulenta as informações que por ventura você deixe aqui no blog, seja seu nome ou email utilizados na caixa de comentários, formulário de contato ou assinatura de nossa newsletter. Também não envio SPAM, somente as atualizações do blog ou produtos/serviços testados e aprovados que possam auxiliar na procura de viagens.

5) Monetização

Programas de afiliados | Arrelia Travel poderá vir a ser parceira de diversos sites que oferecem serviços e produtos pela internet, e poderá receber uma pequena comissão quando são geradas vendas através dos links disponibilizados aqui no blog. É importantíssimo dizer que todas as empresas são de extrema confiança e TU NÃO PAGAS TAXAS EXTRAS ao comprar através desses links. São eles: Neste momento existem links de afiliados no website que remetem para o Booking e Heymondo. Estes links trazem-te descontos e ofertas.

Google Adsense | No futuro, poderei oferecer alguns espaços no blog para a exibição de anúncios de parceiros, que pagam um valor por clique de acordo com seus próprios critérios de exibição. Como consequência, não conheço os anunciantes nem tenho controle sob os produtos e/ou serviços anunciados. Os parceiros podem reunir dados e usarão cookies para personalizar e avaliar os anúncios.

Espaço publicitário | Esporadicamente posso disponibilizar espaços para empresas que queiram anunciar produtos e/ou serviços para minha audiência, tanto no blog quanto nas redes sociais. Nesse caso, tenho total controle sob o conteúdo, que necessariamente será sinalizado como anúncio, de acordo com o código de defesa do consumidor.

Publieditorial | Também conhecido como post patrocinado, é o tipo de artigo publicado mediante pagamento. Os posts são escritos e/ou editados por mim, para manter a minha linguagem e são relacionados ao conteúdo do blog, mas acima de tudo, devem ser interessantes e trazer benefícios claros aos leitores. Todos os artigos dessa categoria são indicados como post patrocinado, através desta imagem que é colocada no final do texto, respeitando a transparência e legislação vigente. Não fazemos a venda de links, prática conhecida como link building, e links “dofollow” não serão inseridos em texto âncora.

A soma de todas as formas de monetização adotadas pelo blog é a maneira que encontro para continuar a viajar e conseguir manter a produção de mais conteúdo 100% autorial. Mesmo assim, compreendemos que existe um limite para manter uma experiência agradável dentro do blog, sempre pensando no leitor, e isso nunca mudará.

6) Viagens patrocinadas

Por ser um veículo de comunicação que escreve sobre destinos turísticos ao redor do mundo, é possível que empresas e órgãos do governo queiram divulgar seus roteiros para a audiência. Sendo assim, uma forma de conhecer lugares.

Reservo-me ao direito de negar convites em que não me reveja, ou que exijam um número de textos e publicações, desta forma garanto a imparcialidade das opiniões, fazendo com que a experiência seja o mais natural e fidedigna possível.
